These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Face Swap Go (the "App", "we", "us" or "our"). By installing, opening or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
1. The App
The App provides tools for AI photo and video face swapping, template browsing, result viewing, downloading, sharing, coins, membership, optional rewarded ads and support. Features may differ by device, operating system, region, version, account status or service availability. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any feature for maintenance, security, legal, business or operational reasons.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you can legally agree to these Terms. The App is not intended for children under the minimum age required by local law or app-store rules. If a parent or guardian allows a minor to use the App, that adult is responsible for the minor's use.
3. Anonymous Account
The App may use an anonymous OpenID, Android ID, Advertising ID or similar identifier to operate coins, membership, works, purchases, support, advertising, security and anti-abuse functions. You are responsible for the device on which the App is used. If you uninstall, reset, lose or change your device, some account records, works, coins or membership access may be affected unless the App or app store can restore them.
4. Your Media and Permissions
You keep the rights you already have in photos, videos, faces and other materials you use in the App. You grant us and our service providers permission to process, upload, store, transmit, display, generate, download and share selected media and results only as needed to provide the features you request, operate the App, enforce these Terms and comply with law.
You must have all rights, permissions and consents needed before using any person's face, likeness, photo, video or other content. This includes consent from identifiable people when required. You are solely responsible for the materials you choose and the results you create, save, publish or share.
5. Synthetic Media Rules
Face-swap results are synthetic media. They may show events that never happened and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, offensive or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing results before use and for following any disclosure, labeling, watermarking, consent or other legal requirement that applies when you publish or share them.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use the App or any result to:
- break any law or violate another person's rights;
- impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, bully or defame anyone;
- create or distribute non-consensual intimate, sexual, nude or exploitative content;
- create content involving minors in a sexual, unsafe, abusive or exploitative way;
- use a person's face, likeness, voice, identity or persona without required permission;
- create fake evidence, false news, identity documents, biometric verification materials or other deceptive materials;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality or other rights;
- bypass paywalls, coins, subscriptions, usage limits, safety controls or regional restrictions;
- use bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients, scraping, attacks or other abusive methods;
- manipulate ads, purchases, rewards or App systems.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove content, withhold rewards or entitlements, report unlawful conduct, or take other action where we believe it is necessary. Your misuse is your responsibility, not ours.
7. Coins, Membership, Purchases and Refunds
The App may offer coins, subscriptions, membership benefits or other paid digital features. Coins and rewards have no cash value, are not legal currency, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged, sold or redeemed outside the App.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the relevant app store. The store's billing, renewal, cancellation, refund and tax rules apply. We do not receive your full payment card details. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your app-store account before renewal. Except where required by law or app-store policy, purchases are not refundable. Loss of access caused by your violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Optional Rewarded Ads
The App may offer optional rewarded ads as another way to unlock eligible features. Ads may not always be available. A reward is provided only after the ad network and our systems confirm eligibility. We may deny or revoke rewards for invalid traffic, automation, tampering, fraud, emulator abuse or other misuse.
9. Our Rights
The App, software, designs, templates, text, logos, features, systems and related materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App only as allowed by these Terms. You must not copy, sell, rent, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, attack or use the App to build a competing service, except where law does not allow this restriction.
10. Availability and Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect security, permanent storage, compatibility with every device or file, or any particular quality, accuracy, legality or usefulness of results. AI and face-swap output can be wrong or unsatisfactory. If the App does not meet your needs, your remedy is to stop using it and uninstall it.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost content, lost goodwill, service interruption, device issues, third-party conduct, app-store decisions, payment-provider issues, network failures, force majeure, or claims arising from your media, your results or your misuse of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on app stores, Google services, advertising networks, cloud storage, hosting, media-processing providers, diagnostics, network providers and other third parties. Their own terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, ads, policies, outages or independent actions.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. It forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, do not use the App.
14. Suspension, Termination and Deletion
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. You may request account deletion through in-app support or by email. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the service, or if required for legal, security or operational reasons. Some payment, tax, security, legal or dispute records may be kept as required or permitted by law.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the App.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also use any legal or regulatory remedy available to you under applicable law.
